Membership at Mhondoro Golf Club is subject to the following conditions:

• All members must abide by the club's code of conduct
• Membership fees are due annually and non-refundable
• Members are responsible for their guests' behavior
• The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations
• Course access is subject to construction progress and weather conditions

All players must follow standard golf etiquette and course rules:

• Respect for other players and course conditions
• Proper golf attire required at all times
• Repair divots, ball marks, and rake bunkers
• Maintain pace of play - maximum 4 hours for 18 holes
• Wildlife observation from designated areas only
• No littering or damage to natural habitats

Lodge accommodation bookings are subject to:

• Advance booking required with deposit
• Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice for full refund
• Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guests are responsible for any damages
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Wildlife viewing guidelines must be followed

Our partnership with the adjacent wildlife estate requires all visitors to:

• Maintain safe distance from all wildlife
• No feeding or disturbing animals
• Stay on designated paths and areas
• Follow guide instructions during tours
• Report any wildlife encounters to staff

Mhondoro Golf Club and its partners are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage on club premises
• Wildlife encounters or related incidents
• Weather-related cancellations or delays
• Loss or theft of personal belongings

All members and guests participate in activities at their own risk and are advised to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
